National Document Delivery Service|NDDS|Request and Return on Your Behalf

  • Eligible Users
    Current faculty, staff, and enrolled students of the university with library borrowing privileges.
     
  • Application Website
    National Document Delivery Service - NDDS
     
  • First-Time User Registration
    • Click “Create an Account” under “For Users” on the right side of the page.
    • Fill in the required information.
    • Wait for the account approval. You will be notified of the result via e-mail. Once approved, you may log in to NDDS and submit a request.
       
  • Requesting Photocopies/Book Loans
    • Log in to NDDS.
    • Use union catalogs for journals or books under "Search and Request from Catalog" to find the library that holds the document you need.
    • Return to the NDDS page and click on "Photocopy" or "Book Loan" under "Blank Request Form".
    • Fill in the request form using the information found in the union catalog.
    • Review your request and submit it.
    • If the request is accepted and fulfilled by the lending library, you will receive an email notification once the document arrives at our library. You may then pick it up and make payment at the service counter.
       
  • Important Notes
      
      Pickup Hours  
    Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 (Reduced to 16:20 during winter and summer breaks).
    No pickup service is available in the evenings or on weekends, but returns are accepted at the service counter.

      Fee Schedule  
    Please refer to the “Photocopy Fee Table” (複印件收費一覽表) and “Domestic Book Loan Fee Table” (國內圖書件收費標準) at the top of the request form.

      Account Approval  
    Account applications are reviewed manually. If you do not receive a response within 1–2 business days, please contact Ms. Lin at 02-28961000 ext. 1832 or rae.yenchun@library.tnua.edu.tw.
